New Patient Registration

This practice is currently accepting new patients however please note that due to the rising number of patients the practice are currently restricting the number of patients who may register each week. This restriction has been necessary to ensure that our patients continue to receive a good service from the practice. Registrations open at 12 noon on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, patients will be registered from that time until the quota is filled.  This quota does not include new babies and relatives of existing patients who live in the practice area.

FROM WEEK COMMENCING 14TH OCTOBER WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENT REGISTRATIONS ON TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of: sex, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, marital status, age, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition. 

New patients registering with the practice will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. It is helpful  if you can bring photographic ID such a passport or driver’s licence and a recent letter (last 3 months) with your address on it such as an utility bill when you come to register.

Practice Area 

The practice area, partially covers the following post codes: EH 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.

Change of Details

Please advise the reception staff should you change your name, address, telephone number or any other personal information recorded in your case notes. Remember to also inform the hospital if you’re waiting for an appointment or having treatment. If you move house out-with the practice area you should register with another GP as soon as you move.
