We are increasingly finding that the contact telephone numbers and addresses we have on record are out of date.  Please help us by advising the Practice promptly of any changes.  You can do this via the link on the Home screen or by handing the information to Reception.

Lunchtime closures - the practice will be closed from 12.30 -13.30 each day until further notice for practice development and training.

From the Tuesday 23rd March the Royal Hospital for Sick Children (Sick Kids) is moving

 If your child or young person needs to go the Emergency Department from 8am Tuesday 23 March you must go to the new Royal Hospital for Children and Young People at Little France

Chronic Disease Clinics

Chronic diseases are currently being dealt with differently due to COVID. To keep you and our staff safe and to minimise the time that you would spend in the surgery your review will be dealt by our practice nurse by telephone as much as possible.
